Extends lifespan and allows for easy replacement of worn parts. ○ Resolved Issues and Customer Feedback We determined that conventional flat seal-type mechanical seals could not handle slurry, and we solved the problem with the T-Y seal, which has a unique structure and features. We judged that even with an initial cost, a maintenance-free period of 5 months would provide sufficient benefits. Remarkably, even after one year from installation, it remains maintenance-free (including bearing replacement and cleaning).
