This system is a structurally simple auto-dialing mechanism that automatically makes calls by inputting a phone number list data (CSV) into the computer and plays pre-registered voice guidance.

When considering the effort required for manual phone calls, this system operates automatically to make calls and provide announcements, potentially achieving cost savings on labor without significantly impacting recovery rates. One challenge in operating this system is that, since the system automatically makes calls and provides automated voice guidance, it cannot confirm whether the person on the other end is the intended recipient. Therefore, if the content is sensitive, care must be taken with the pre-registered voice announcements.
