Traditionally, it was difficult to measure weather data in locations without power facilities, but it has become possible to observe this data by supplying power using a combination of batteries and solar panels. The observation data is collected nationwide by utilizing NTT Docomo's FOMA communication network. If there is an environment where the internet can be accessed, real-time evaluation of the observation data can be done using a computer or mobile phone. Weather data can simultaneously observe six parameters: wind direction, wind speed, precipitation, atmospheric pressure, temperature, and humidity.
