As a basic structure, the movable shelf consists of a rail section, a cart section, and a shelf section. ■ Rail Section 1. The rail section is a seismic-resistant rail made of a flat bar that bears the load and a rail plate for preventing tipping. 2. The rail section is securely fixed to the building floor with post-installed anchors to ensure it does not move during an earthquake. ■ Cart Section 1. The cart section consists of a welded structure with enhanced rigidity to smoothly bear the load while moving, along with lower anti-tipping brackets for stability. 2. A column drop-in structure is adopted to strengthen the connection between the shelf section and the cart section. 3. Both the drive wheels and the follower wheels are equipped with dual-flanged wheels to prevent derailment. 4. A rear-wheel drive system is employed to ensure stable driving power when moving multiple movable shelves simultaneously. 5. The rear-wheel drive system, when equipped with a seismic isolation device (optional), provides a release function that gathers the movable shelves to the center during an earthquake, contributing to further safety. ■ Shelf Section 1. The top board is equipped with a gusset plate to suppress distortion of the shelf, demonstrating sufficient durability for long-term use. 2. The gusset plate eliminates the need for a brace in the center of the shelf, allowing for the use of a double configuration as a single configuration depending on the stored items.
