Made from a special aluminum alloy (A6N01S-T5), it has a strong framework with excellent corrosion resistance and durability. ○Floats... The premium dock float, coated with special polyurethane resin on high-density expanded polystyrene, is strong against water pressure and is safe with high buoyancy, making it difficult for shells and seaweed to adhere. These floats come in various variations. They can accommodate specific requirements such as wanting the completed dock to have a freeboard of XX cm or needing a buoyancy of XX tons for a large number of people. ○Assembly Parts... The positions of the sub-pontoon, pile guide, and cleat can be adjusted to match the moored vessel. Assembly bolts, nuts, and tapping screws are made of stainless steel, resulting in a durable dock. ○Allowable Wave Height... It can accommodate up to 80 cm, which meets the standard value of 50 cm for typical marinas. By adjusting the size of the floats, it is possible to modify the freeboard to be higher or lower.
