At our company, the Housing Fire Prevention Technology Research Institute, we are engaged in research and development to provide living environments where everyone can feel safe and to develop paints that can be handled with confidence. The products and technologies we propose not only prioritize safety but are also gentle on people and the environment, contribute to energy-saving measures, and focus on coexistence with nature. We pride ourselves on being a "problem-solving technology group" that considers efficiency, workability, and cost in our proposals. Recently, we have been involved in the heat insulation and light-blocking measures for the top light of the Toyota Industry Technology Museum, the preservation work of the courtyard ruins inside the museum, and the preservation work of the building's exterior walls since 2014. Additionally, we have undertaken painting and waterproofing work for large roofs exceeding 10,000 square meters, including heat-insulating and light-blocking coatings for glass, at access airports such as Chubu Centrair International Airport, which serves as the access airport for the summit, as well as Tokyo International Airport and Narita International Airport for Olympic visitors, and Osaka International Airport in the Kansai region. We prioritize reliable technology and safety, and we have received repeat orders for the second and third phases of construction. We assist in accurately identifying issues on-site and finding solutions.
