Direct Bonding Dry Adhesive Method - Fixing Method
- The thermal insulation performance is excellent. It blocks heat bridges and frees you from worries about condensation and mold. - Fix Bond maintains high flexibility (deformable by more than 10%) even after curing, has in-plane deformation followability, and excels in seismic and impact resistance. - The vibration-damping properties of Fix Bond and level pads significantly improve sound insulation performance in the mid to high frequency range (ensuring TLD values equivalent to wooden substrates). - The adjustment range of the level pads is possible from 5mm to 40mm (not including the thickness of the gypsum board). A wall finish gypsum board of 12.5mm or more is recommended. There are concerns about the shortage of skilled workers in recent direct-bond wet construction methods, as the work with gypsum-based adhesives involves heavy lifting due to the weight of gypsum-based adhesive plus water, which increases the burden on an aging workforce. The weight of gypsum-based adhesive, including gypsum board, water, and adhesive, is 15 to 20 kilograms per square meter. In contrast, the FIX method weighs about 8 kilograms per square meter, primarily the weight of the gypsum board itself. Additionally, the work can be learned in about three days, allowing for more than twice the amount of work compared to wet methods. This reduces the burden of lifting work and shortens the construction schedule, and due to the dry construction method, the curing period can be significantly reduced to about 2 hours.

basic information
The Fixing Method is a direct bonding construction technique that combines the uniquely conceived "Level Pad" and the newly developed "Low Foam Urethane Bond." 【Features】 ○ It is a recessed wall method that allows for precise leveling using the Level Pad and a laser level. ○ By bonding the Level Pad and gypsum board with a dedicated hot melt, speedy construction has become possible. ○ To bond the boards, we use foam urethane that has excellent adhesion and insulation properties. ○ F☆☆☆☆ JAIA-008833. ● For other functions and details, please download the catalog.
Price information
Compared to conventional wet methods, the cost is about 150% higher, but it is a dry method that allows for a significant reduction in curing time, making finishing processes possible just a few hours later.
