Aconity3D (Germany) is a metal 3D printer using a laser powder bed fusion method. Metal powder (20 µm to 65 µm) is spread on the build platform, and a laser is directed at the build location to repeatedly melt and solidify, allowing for layered construction. It can import models and data that have been analyzed and modified using editing software from 3D CAD files, enabling high-quality construction even for complex shapes. Options for adding multi-laser (up to four), pre-heating functions, and process monitoring functions are available.
