The "Air Caster" is a transport system that uses air for the transportation and positioning of heavy objects. It can move the weight of the transported items in any direction with a thrust of 0.3%, and positioning and direction changes can be easily performed. The "Aero Palette" is designed to move loads of up to 40 tons. For unlimited operability, the Aero Palette is particularly popular in situations such as manufacturing and assembly of parts. The Aero Palette can work alongside forklifts, cranes, and conveyors at a low cost, or serve as an alternative means of transportation. Optional handles, throttle controls, and wheels for use when unloaded are available. It is much easier to maneuver compared to hand pallets and can be moved lightly. The "Air Caster Load Module" provides a new means of transport for moving packages of various sizes, shapes, and weights. It consists of four air caster load modules, one console box (air distributor), and four connecting air hoses. One load module can transport loads weighing up to approximately 50 tons. The load modules come in fixed mount and slide mount types, and various combinations of materials can be selected, including standard neoprene and highly durable urethane types. A new type of long-span construction elevator from Koshihara has arrived!

The new low-landing type "KRD-980LF" rotor deck is an elevator designed for long-span construction work. In narrow construction sites such as urban areas, it eliminates the landing stage and allows installation within the space of the elevator body (stage guard is required), achieving shared (dual-use) guide rails with the conventional KRD series. From this time, the inclination detection device has also been completely renewed to a gyro type, enhancing accuracy and safety. Additionally, it can be utilized for exit warning purposes in addition to vehicle counting, contributing to the safe and smooth operation of parking facilities. In recent years, while the size of residential spaces has been shrinking, there has been a growing demand from architects and designers for designs that "reduce lines as much as possible." However, designing spaces to appear clean and spacious by making door heights reach the ceiling or by minimizing the visibility of frames has posed challenges that require high skill levels from carpenters and significant construction time when attempted with conventional on-site construction methods. Against this backdrop, this year's Dretas has developed doors and storage fixtures that do not reveal frames, with the concept of "creating a noise-free space with empty space." ■ Base Frame (Fixtures) The structure hides the frame within the wall, achieving a refined design without the frame being visible from either side. It features a specially designed frame and concealed hinges that allow for 180-degree opening and closing.
