Renewal of existing concrete walls. Elementary school in Hiroshima City (Hiroshima Prefecture)

The feature for June is "Wooden Fences (Wooden Panel Fences)."
Currently, concrete fences are being renewed to wooden fences (wooden panel fences) in public spaces. Wooden fences are lighter than concrete fences and, due to the warmth of wood, they also excel in aesthetics. As part of the initiative to promote the use of wood, subsidies are being provided for panel fences in the wood utilization support project that started in May, focusing on the woodification of urban areas.
This time, we will introduce cases of wooden fences (wooden panel fences) supplied to Tenma Elementary School and Hirose Elementary School in Hiroshima City. The posts are made of steel, and the lattice materials use pentacure ECO30 treated wood sourced from Hiroshima Prefecture.
