A wooden facility in a Japanese style with an architectural exterior overlooking Lake Senba. Tokiwa-tei M Garden (Ibaraki Prefecture)

The feature for May is "Tourism Bases."
This month's feature is "Tourism Bases." There are various "Wa" (Japanese-style) tourism resources, such as traditional townscapes, gardens, and facilities in Japan. This year's Golden Week saw people enjoying tourism without restrictions for the first time in two years. This is a case where we supplied wooden facilities and more to such "Wa" tourism bases.
What we are introducing this time is Tokiwa-tei M Garden. We supplied wooden signs, rest areas, gates, handrails, retaining walls, and privacy walls for the exterior development of the facility overlooking Lake Senba, near Kairakuen and Tokiwa Shrine in Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture.

This facility was born in a location adjacent to Kairakuen and Tokiwa Shrine in Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture. The concept is "Reiwa's Kobuntei," creating a space loved by local residents and visitors to Mito. For the development of this outdoor space, we supplied wooden signs, gates, rest areas, wooden handrails, retaining walls, and privacy walls. The signs and gates feature a Japanese design that matches the atmosphere of the facility.
