• Measurement and Inspection

Regarding machining, what are the strengths of the manufacturing company? We have a wide range of processing machines and inspection equipment from Φ6 to Φ600. Please feel free to inquire about processing other than our own products.

We are enhancing processing accuracy every day. 《Do you have any of these concerns?》 ● There are similar products, but if only we could make a few changes. ● We need to improve QCD, but we don't have a reliable outsourcing partner... ● I don't have time for drafting; where should I consult? ■ Replacement with automatic machines (for materials with dimensions of Φ50.0 or less) We are replacing processes with automatic machines as much as possible, focusing not only on accuracy but also on cost reduction. ■ Processing before plating We adjust processing dimensions for plating thickness and use oversized taps (with gauges also at +0.03) to ensure screws fit smoothly after plating. ■ Dimensional changes due to temperature fluctuations Especially in winter, the temperature changes of cutting fluids and machine ball screws affect dimensions, so we continuously measure the workpieces until the dimensions stabilize. ■ We also manage precision with three-dimensional measuring machines and provide documentation using 3D photographic data upon request. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

The technology using the herbicide "Esplanade Light Flowable NETIS Registration Number: KT-200114-A," which received the "Excellence Award" in the Maintenance Implementation Site category of the Infrastructure Maintenance Grand Prize, has been selected as a technology for promoting the use of NETIS in 2024.
