[Akasaka Tech] New registration in NETIS: "E2Warning Construction Vehicle Exit Alarm System"
We are pleased to announce that the exit warning system "E2Warning," which utilizes a 79GHz band millimeter-wave radar for construction vehicles, has been registered in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's New Technology Information System (NETIS).
Radar will be installed at two locations on the temporary enclosure on the road side, and a large monitor will be set up on the site side. The radar detects objects and predicts the position of moving bodies based on speed measurement data, displaying the measurement results on the large monitor to alert drivers when exiting.
By capturing the position of moving bodies that may not be visible due to inclement weather such as rain or fog, the radar supports the safe exit of construction vehicles by alerting drivers.
