We would like to introduce a case that solved the issue of wanting to improve the efficiency of tank liquid level measurement operations. Previously, all tasks from liquid level measurement inside the tank to capacity calculations, and even record-keeping and tax office submission documents, were done by hand, which took a lot of time. To address this, we implemented tank capacity calculation software (Tank App). This software allows for automatic calculations and records, and reports can be generated with the push of a button, significantly reducing the time spent on tank calculations and document preparation. We would like to introduce a case study that addresses the challenges of improving the efficiency of tank liquid level measurement operations and achieving accurate measurements. In the fuel tank, bubbles formed on the liquid surface, and when measured with conventional scales, the height of the bubbles was also counted, resulting in overpayment for fuel costs. To solve this, we introduced the smart sounding scale "Honesty." It does not react to bubbles, allowing for accurate measurement of the liquid level, and it reduced the conventional measurement time by approximately 75%. This time, we would like to introduce the construction work of the "Dunajec Road Bridge" spanning the Dunajec River in the town of Nowy Targ in southern Poland. The road bridge was planned to be constructed using a balanced cantilever method, dividing the cantilever beams starting from each pier into 10 segments. A particular concern was to strictly adhere to the concrete pouring cycle for each segment. To achieve this, a balanced cantilever carriage (VBC) equipped with a hydraulic advance system and an automatic formwork stripping function was adopted. By utilizing the VBC, it became possible to pour concrete for segments up to a maximum length of 5 meters in a single cycle, allowing for efficient and timely construction. PERI products: 1. Hotron Inc. has launched its new product, the "Vehicle Count Sensor CCS3"! This product is a ceiling-mounted sensor that combines infrared and radar technology.
