We would like to introduce a case where a large manual roller screen "CR-65" was installed at the new Tokoname City Hall. The possible size for manufacturing manual roller screens rarely exceeds a width of 3 meters. In this case, by using a Φ65 pipe for a window measuring 3.1m in width and 3.2m in height, we were able to accommodate a larger size. Even for large manual roller screens exceeding 3 meters, they can be operated with light force due to the use of a 6:1 gear. We adjusted the design to fit the size, taking into account the final appearance of the roller screen based on the data provided. Since the weight bar is wrapped inside the fabric, it is hidden, resulting in a printed fabric that extends from the top to the bottom of the screen.
