The new Tokoname City Hall (Aichi Prefecture) has introduced roller screens. We developed a new guide rail to fit within the 50mm width of the curtain wall vertical supports. We successfully enabled smooth ascent and descent through a narrow 75mm gap between the wall and stairs. Here is an introduction to a case where we were hired by the new Tokoname City Hall. In this project, we printed the Tokoname City logo and character on plain roller screen fabric. We adjusted the design to fit the size, taking into account the final appearance of the roller screen based on the data provided. Since the weight bar is wrapped inside the fabric, it is hidden, resulting in a printed fabric that extends from the top to the bottom of the screen. We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "GRAFIK Eye QS" at the new Tokoname City Hall. This product is a LUTRON interface equipped with features such as control of roller shades via buttons and an LCD display that shows energy-saving rates and status.
