Introduction to 3D Printing IntrinSiC(R)

With our 3D printing technology, we redefine the conventional shapes of silicon carbide (RBSiC) and the applications and fields it has been used in, enabling the emergence of next-generation technologies.
For the first time, we are able to manufacture silicon carbide with hardness comparable to diamond as a ceramic component using 3D printing with IntrinSiC(R).
By utilizing this 3D printing technology, new freedoms in design and engineering are created.
For example, undercuts and cavities can be realized, and designs and shapes can be easily modified with a mouse click on a computer. There is no need for time-consuming mold fabrication at all.
RBSiC materials stand out due to their thermal shock resistance, advanced oxidation and corrosion resistance, high bending strength and creep resistance, and their industry-leading high density.
