(1) Cutting Cutting is usually performed using shearing or a press machine. It is also possible to use a guillotine or metal cutting scissors, allowing for cutting at the construction site. (2) Drilling For small diameters up to approximately φ5, drilling is possible. For larger holes, there is a risk of fragmentation similar to cutting, so please use an NC press machine or laser for processing. (3) Bending Bending processing is possible up to an angle of 90°. Bending with a radius of 5R or more can typically be done with standard materials, but for less than that, we recommend using TH materials. When enclosing a noise source, please ensure there is an air layer sufficient for the soundproofing panel, and install the sound-absorbing material on the inside of the soundproofing panel (i.e., the side facing the noise source). Using internal sound-absorbing materials (such as Acoustisell) instead of an air layer can provide even higher sound absorption effectiveness. *Available for sale from one piece. POAL" is a metal porous sound-absorbing material made by sandwiching aluminum non-woven fabric between aluminum expanded metal through pressure molding. It has no aging degradation, excellent durability, and demonstrates its sound-absorbing performance even in harsh environments where heat resistance is required, as well as in outdoor settings affected by rainwater. With a thickness of only 1.3mm to 1.8mm, it is very thin and lightweight, making it easy to process and install. Additionally, there is no material scattering due to degradation, and it has no adverse effects on human health, allowing for safe long-term use. "FiLVA-T" is a translucent sound-absorbing panel that consists of a 12-micron thick transparent fluororesin film held by aluminum expanded metal. It is made solely of a weather-resistant film and high-purity aluminum, making it a sound-absorbing material with excellent corrosion resistance and durability. With a thickness of 1.5mm, it is thin and lightweight, allowing for easy processing and installation. Moreover, it can be easily shaped into flat, arch, or wave forms, and can be suspended from ceilings or installed by windows while still allowing light to pass through.
