[Free] HACCP Online Seminar "Utilizing JFS Standards in Response to HACCP Systemization"
On June 13, 2018, a law amending parts of the Food Sanitation Act and other regulations was promulgated, and the law is set to be enforced by June 2020 at the latest, requiring the implementation of hygiene management in accordance with HACCP. All "food business operators" in Japan are subject to this requirement. The Japan-originated JFS standards, designed to facilitate the improvement of food safety levels, are created to be easily accessible for small and medium-sized enterprises. (They are available for free on the website of the Food Safety Management Association.)
【Curriculum】
● Amendments to the Food Sanitation Act and the institutionalization of HACCP
● Effective utilization of JFS-A/B standards in response to HACCP institutionalization
