The screw piece of the extruder is a consumable that wears out with age and use. Wear of the screw piece can lead to a decrease in processing capacity and deterioration of product quality, which may result in serious issues such as breakage. Therefore, the screw piece is an important component that must be replaced at the appropriate time. At JSW, we stock screw pieces in frequently used shapes, allowing us to deliver them promptly during regular maintenance or in case of damage.

Improving the productivity of powder raw materials! It is used in the section that transports the raw materials of the extruder screw.

The "SFD" is a device that solves the problem of low bulk density fillers significantly reducing the conveying efficiency of the extruder screw and limiting the processing capacity of the extruder. By increasing the bulk density of the raw materials within this device, the conveying efficiency of the extruder screw can be improved, thereby enhancing the processing capacity of the extruder.
