★Beyond Common Sense Rubber★ Vibration-Damping Rubber 'Hanenight GP60LE' [Shock Absorption / Vibration Absorption]

"Hanenite" is a vibration-damping rubber that excels in shock absorption and vibration absorption, absorbing energy with minimal rebound even when subjected to external forces. Hanenite GP60LE is the general grade of Hanenite, demonstrating the best vibration-damping properties in the normal temperature range. Compared to GP35LE, it has a higher hardness, making it excellent in load-bearing capacity. Like GP35LE, it also has excellent oil resistance, allowing for safe use in various machinery and oil-related applications. Its physical properties and durability are comparable to those of general rubber. It is widely used as a vibration-damping component in quiet and low-vibration products.
[Characteristics]
- Rebound elasticity is 4% (measured value).
- Exhibits excellent vibration-damping properties in the normal temperature range (5-35°C).
- Load capacity is approximately 2,000 kg (for dimensions 10×100×100 mm with a deflection of 10%). The values may vary depending on the contact area, so please inquire for details.
- Can be processed into various shapes. Molding similar to general rubber is possible. Cutting, machining, and punching of sheet materials are also acceptable.
- Strong adhesion to metals is possible.
- Teflon coating (vulcanized adhesion) is possible for surface adhesion measures and wear resistance improvement.
