Large acrylic signs, displays, commercial facility guide signs, information boards, and facility guide maps for medical institutions that accommodate barrier-free access are used for various purposes!

In Madoka's products, we use various base materials to create braille guide signs, display boards, traffic braille signs, indoor and outdoor signs and displays, exhibition fixtures, and more. Among these, we frequently use "acrylic sheets," and we often receive inquiries about the manufacturing methods and characteristics. This time, we are distributing an "Acrylic Processing Case Collection" that clearly describes the characteristics of acrylic resin, processing techniques, and examples of processing. We provide clear explanations for common questions such as "What are the characteristics?", "What kind of processing can be done?", and "What kind of presentation can be achieved?" [Contents (excerpt)] ■ What is acrylic resin? ■ Characteristics of acrylic resin ■ Madoka's acrylic processing techniques ■ Case studies, etc.

SOL style × Madoka Corporation has won the Excellence Award at IDM! With Madoka's technology, new images and expressions are now possible!

This is a new movement that was launched to establish the importance of the interior domain in society and to position itself as a professional in creating social assets, through mutual understanding, cooperation, and exchange among various interior-related organizations (currently 26 organizations) that have different purposes and guidelines. Until now, SOL style and Madoka Co., Ltd. have designed and materialized various "worlds of imagination" using acrylic in the "Ice Melt Hotel" and "Ice Melt Inn." This time, we have materialized the core concept of "Ice Melt" by cutting thick acrylic with high technical skill. We designed a "blank space" of imagination that reflects light and gives viewers a new image, and we received an excellence award! Judge Shigeru Kubota commented, "By making countless cuts into the thick acrylic with laser cutting, this thick acrylic bends! Displaying it as if it were a fixture integrated with the wall, the idea that the wall itself bends, likening the bending process to a hinge. Additionally, new attempts were made, greatly advancing the possibilities of acrylic."

In recent years, while the size of residential spaces has been shrinking, there has been a growing demand from architects and designers for designs that "reduce lines as much as possible." However, designing spaces to appear clean and spacious by making door heights reach the ceiling or by minimizing the visibility of frames has posed challenges that require high skill levels from carpenters and significant construction time when attempted with conventional on-site construction methods. Against this backdrop, this year's Dretas has developed doors and storage fixtures that do not reveal frames, with the concept of "creating a noise-free space with empty space." ■ Base Frame (Fixtures) The structure hides the frame within the wall, achieving a refined design without the frame being visible from either side. It features a specially designed frame and concealed hinges that allow for 180-degree opening and closing. Frame widths (132mm, 147mm, 183mm) are set to accommodate wall thickness, eliminating the need for frame processing and supporting smooth installation. ■ Outset Frame (Storage Fixtures) The structure has the frame attached to the inside of the door, allowing the door and wall to fit flatly together. It can be configured for two or three panels, seamlessly blending even large wall storage into the space as if it were "just a wall." By using additional elements like the 3mm thick "Baseboard S-type," the installation becomes even more beautiful, enhancing the noise-free space.
