Additionally, employees were not using the human access gate, and some were entering and exiting the premises through the car gate, rendering the access control ineffective. ●Improvement Proposal and Implementation Effects The focus of this issue was solely on the fact that individuals could crawl under the car gate. Therefore, we proposed replacing the existing car gate with our company's fence gate to prevent crawling under and climbing over. Furthermore, we installed new surveillance cameras to keep a record. This allowed us to simultaneously achieve the prevention of external intrusions and the management of employee access.
