■□■□Acrylic Thick Plate Laser Cut 《Awarded Excellence at IDM!》■□■□

まどか まどか 本社・工場
This is a new initiative launched by various interior-related organizations (currently 26 organizations) with different purposes and guidelines, aimed at promoting mutual understanding, cooperation, and exchange among the organizations, while conveying the importance of the interior field to society and establishing a position as professionals in creating social assets. Specific activities planned include networking events, seminars, symposiums, collaboration with educational institutions, alliance projects, and hosting design exhibitions. Until now, SOL style and Madoka Co., Ltd. have designed and created various "worlds of imagination" using acrylic through projects like the "Ice Melt Hotel" and "Ice Melt Inn." This time, we have materialized the core concept of "Ice Melt" by cutting thick acrylic with high technical skill. The light reflects and sparkles, providing viewers with a new image, designing the "blank space" of imagination, and we received an excellence award!

Acrylic Trivia: Manufacturing Methods and Properties of Acrylic Sheets

There are two types of acrylic sheets: "extruded" and "cast."

There are two types of acrylic sheets: "extruded" and "cast." Each has a different manufacturing process and significantly different characteristics. 【Extruded】 ■ Cutting: Weak against heat cutting, and the cut surface tends to melt easily. *Ice melt cutting (large laser processing) not possible. ■ Engraving/Etching: Weak against heat, engraving surface melts. *Engraving not possible. ■ Adhesion: Excellent for adhesive processing. *Air bubble-free adhesion (secondary and tertiary processing) possible. ■ Bending: Soft and suitable for bending. *Oven bending not possible. ■ Contamination: Prone to cracking from solvent chemicals (thinners), etc. ■ Thickness accuracy: High precision with little variation. ■ Material cost: Low. *For more details, please refer to the external link or feel free to contact us. Acrylic Trivia: What is acrylic resin?

Acrylic is an incredibly versatile transparent resin!

Acrylic resin is a highly transparent "synthetic resin." It is also sometimes referred to as organic glass, along with polycarbonate and others. While it has transparency that surpasses glass, it is easy to process (cutting, machining, drilling, bending, and bonding) and has high impact resistance (not easily breakable) and weather resistance. 【Features】 ■ Transparency - Very high - Easy to color and dye ■ Workability - Cutting (laser, jigsaw, cutter) - Engraving (laser, rotary tool) - Drilling (drill) - Bending (heater, furnace bending) - Bonding (solvent bonding, polymer bonding) ■ Durability - Weather resistance (approximately 10 to 20 years outdoors) - Combustibility (ignition temperature 400°C, can be extinguished with general fire extinguishing agents) - Elasticity (expands and contracts about 0.7 to 2mm with a temperature change of 10°C per meter) - Safety (fragments do not scatter upon breakage) - Electrical insulation (high insulation, withstands high voltage) - Operating temperature (-40°C to +65°C, deformation occurs at high temperatures) *For more details, please refer to the external link or feel free to contact us. You can also view the company brochure from the PDF download.

Advancing the possibilities of acrylic! Acrylic laser cutting.

SOL style × Madoka Corporation has won the Excellence Award at IDM! With Madoka's technology, new images and expressions are now possible!

This is a new movement that was launched to establish the importance of the interior domain in society and to position itself as a professional in creating social assets, through mutual understanding, cooperation, and exchange among various interior-related organizations (currently 26 organizations) that have different purposes and guidelines. Until now, SOL style and Madoka Co., Ltd. have designed and materialized various "worlds of imagination" using acrylic in the "Ice Melt Hotel" and "Ice Melt Inn." This time, we have materialized the core concept of "Ice Melt" by cutting thick acrylic with high technical skill. We designed a "blank space" of imagination that reflects light and gives viewers a new image, and we received an excellence award! Judge Shigeru Kubota commented, "By making countless cuts into the thick acrylic with laser cutting, this thick acrylic bends! Displaying it as if it were a fixture integrated with the wall, the idea that the wall itself bends, likening the bending process to a hinge. Additionally, new attempts were made, greatly advancing the possibilities of acrylic."

Reforming the Sales Value Chain: Creating a Sales Department where "Performance," "People," and "Systems" Thrive.

  • UPDATE
  • SEMINAR_EVENT

The sales department is the face of the company, as it has the most contact with customers (prospects) and builds up performance. However, even in this era where the utilization of digital and AI is being emphasized, know-how such as successful cases and efficient business practices has become personalized, resulting in many sales departments still facing challenges in improving performance and productivity. Have you ever experienced any of the following concerns regarding your company's sales activities? - You want to strengthen new orders, but you are overwhelmed with existing customers and projects. - Prospect and project information is managed individually by sales representatives, making it difficult to grasp the accurate amount of information and actions for the entire department. - You have introduced SFA tools or MA tools, but they are not being utilized. - You are considering the division of labor in the sales process but are unsure how to proceed with personnel allocation, business design, and the establishment of evaluation systems. In this webinar, we will provide hints for solving these issues and introduce successful cases, particularly focusing on the often-cited challenge of "acquiring new projects."
