Seismic-resistant ceiling "NEQRES® Series" *Examples of installation are currently available!

Seismic ceilings compliant with 2.2G of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's technical standards. By reducing the number of braces by one-fourth, it contributes to the reduction of material costs!

Seismic ceilings with panel specifications that comply with the new seismic standards, in line with the revision of the Building Standards Act Enforcement Order in April 2014. With high strength, we protect the property of customers indoors while providing safety and peace of mind through high workability and cost performance. By adopting compression braces and newly developed aluminum clamps, the design allowable strength has doubled compared to conventional methods, and the displacement of the end clearance has been reduced. By reducing the number of braces to one-fourth, vertical members (compression members) are no longer necessary, allowing for a reduction in material costs. This reduction in the number of braces enables effective use of ceiling space and facilitates the layout of piping and ducts. 【Features】 ■ High seismic resistance ■ Complies with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's technical standards of 2.2G ■ Design allowable strength is approximately twice that of conventional methods ■ Small displacement of end clearance ■ Reduction of the number of braces to one-fourth ■ Custom-made design (Note 1) Building Standards Act Enforcement Order related to measures against ceiling collapse in buildings and measures to prevent the collapse of elevators and other equipment. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Interior insulation panel for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities 'Genesta(R) Non-combustible'

We propose various benefits that can be achieved with a panel ceiling.

Light walking is possible for inspection from the ceiling space. We propose the benefits of panel ceilings, such as ease of daily maintenance like lighting fixture replacement and the reduction of risks associated with contamination and quality deterioration due to disasters or accidents. 1. High maintainability By adopting panel ceilings that can withstand light walking for routine inspections, maintenance from the indoor side can be reduced. Lighting fixture replacements can also be done from the ceiling space, eliminating the need for scaffolding and making maintenance easier. 2. Earthquake-resistant structure Earthquake-resistant ceiling NEQRES(R) - It is possible to construct ceilings that meet the performance required for specific ceilings as stipulated in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Notification No. 771 of 2013. 3. Total cost reduction By reducing items like catwalks, it is possible to lower the total cost of materials. 4. Quick construction for early establishment of production systems Traditional methods (LGS method) require three processes: lightweight steel frame, board, and finishing, whereas panels can be installed in one process that replaces all three functions. 5. Reduced running costs due to high insulation It maintains excellent insulation performance used in refrigerated warehouses, allowing for a reduction in air conditioning costs.

Towards an Era Where the Environmental Value of Products Becomes a Competitive Advantage - From CFP Calculation to Environmental Labeling, CBAM Compliance, and ISCC Certification.

  • NEW
  • SEMINAR_EVENT

Decarbonization is currently shifting its positioning from "cost management" to "enhancing competitiveness," and we are entering an era where mere regulatory compliance is no longer sufficient. With the strengthening of sustainability labeling regulations and the EU's Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), the environmental value of products has transcended corporate responsibility and become a crucial element in market competition. On the other hand, many companies are facing challenges such as: - The complexity of CFP calculation and environmental labeling requirements makes it difficult to know how to proceed. - How to balance regulatory compliance with enhancing competitiveness (differentiation). - Difficulty in prioritizing ISCC certification and CBAM compliance. In this seminar, we will invite Wastebox Co., Ltd., which has extensive consulting experience in the environmental field, to introduce ideas and specific examples on how to connect responses to decarbonization and the circular economy to business growth from both "offensive" and "defensive" perspectives. ■ Part 1: "Understanding the Environmental Value of Products from Offensive and Defensive Perspectives: How to Leverage Decarbonization and the Circular Economy for Differentiation and Regulatory Compliance" ■ Part 2: "Why Are We Entering an Era of Product Environmental Value Now? (Tentative Title)" ■ Part 3: "Introduction of Services Supporting the Reliability of Product Environmental Value"
