A suitable production system and processing equipment for short delivery times 【Description of equipment for special processes】

From 1 to over 1 million orders, we can respond to short delivery times with suitable production systems and processing equipment. Continuous operation is also possible with a 24-hour system!

Our company, as a plastic machining manufacturer, is widely involved in various fields including industrial equipment, plant equipment, and scientific instruments. 【Special Process Equipment and Detailed Description】 ■ Polymer Adhesion - This involves bonding acrylic monomers, which melt the acrylics together, ensuring they do not come apart. They become a single unit and can be bonded without bubbles. ■ Buffing - This is a polishing process. Acrylic, even with a cut surface, becomes shiny when polished, and transparent sheets become clear. ■ Blasting - This process involves spraying sand or similar materials with air to roughen the surface. Our company can accommodate both sandblasting (sand) and bead blasting (glass beads). ■ Special Process by Printing - Thick printing using UV silk printing ⇒ This is a printing method that raises marks on surfaces such as buttons. ※ Adopted for elevator buttons in Osaka Metro.

We exhibited at the 22nd Mechanical Components Technology Exhibition in 2018!

A must-see for those struggling with acrylic products!

We exhibited at the 22nd Mechanical Components Technology Exhibition. We sincerely thank everyone who visited us. Our company showcased three types of acrylic processed products. 1. Acrylic processed products using our polymer adhesive, buffing, and blasting techniques. 2. Acrylic processed products using polymer adhesive in the general-purpose division (micro-machining, multi-surface machining). 3. Acrylic processed products from the trimming division (mass production, large-scale processing). *Please refer to the photos for details. Additionally, we also created our own negotiation tables used at Tokyo Big Sight. We received positive feedback from many attendees, which led to networking opportunities with different industries, and the event concluded successfully. *For more details, please contact us or download the PDF.

Towards an Era Where the Environmental Value of Products Becomes a Competitive Advantage - From CFP Calculation to Environmental Labeling, CBAM Compliance, and ISCC Certification.

  • NEW
  • SEMINAR_EVENT

Decarbonization is currently shifting its positioning from "cost management" to "enhancing competitiveness," and we are entering an era where mere regulatory compliance is no longer sufficient. With the strengthening of sustainability labeling regulations and the EU's Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), the environmental value of products has transcended corporate responsibility and become a crucial element in market competition. On the other hand, many companies are facing challenges such as: - The complexity of CFP calculation and environmental labeling requirements makes it difficult to know how to proceed. - How to balance regulatory compliance with enhancing competitiveness (differentiation). - Difficulty in prioritizing ISCC certification and CBAM compliance. In this seminar, we will invite Wastebox Co., Ltd., which has extensive consulting experience in the environmental field, to introduce ideas and specific examples on how to connect responses to decarbonization and the circular economy to business growth from both "offensive" and "defensive" perspectives. ■ Part 1: "Understanding the Environmental Value of Products from Offensive and Defensive Perspectives: How to Leverage Decarbonization and the Circular Economy for Differentiation and Regulatory Compliance" ■ Part 2: "Why Are We Entering an Era of Product Environmental Value Now? (Tentative Title)" ■ Part 3: "Introduction of Services Supporting the Reliability of Product Environmental Value"
