【What is a Hiroshima Prefecture Work Style Reform Practicing Company?】
This system was established by the Hiroshima Prefectural Federation of Chambers of Commerce and the Hiroshima Prefectural Federation of Small Business Associations to promote work style reform initiatives among companies in the prefecture. It recognizes companies that have established and operated systems to advance reforms within their organizations and have achieved certain results.
By visualizing the initiatives of Hiroshima Prefecture Work Style Reform Practicing Companies as advanced model cases and utilizing them for information dissemination and awareness-raising activities, we aim to foster a favorable environment for all companies in the prefecture, including small and medium-sized enterprises, and promote their initiatives. Furthermore, by implementing promotional activities using advanced cases and certification perspectives, we strive to identify the challenges and bottlenecks faced by companies based on industry and size, with the goal of leveraging this information for future business development.
