PDC E Lightning Rod vs. Standard Lightning Rod [PDC E News No. 6 May 2018 Announcement]

落雷抑制システムズ_ Lightning Suppression Systems.Co. 落雷抑制システムズ_ Lightning Suppression Systems.Co. 本社、関西支社
A field test was conducted over six years in Fukura Town, Aomori Prefecture, to investigate how much less likely PDCE lightning rods are to be struck by lightning compared to conventional lightning rods. The result was "11 to 0." The conventional lightning rod was struck by lightning 11 times and its tip melted, while the PDCE remained unscathed. Indoor discharge experiments according to French standards were conducted multiple times, confirming a clear difference, but this time the test was conducted on a mountain facing the Sea of Japan, where there are strong winter lightning strikes.

First, do not call in - a new type of lightning rod that suppresses lightning strikes.

Preventing lightning damage in advance with a "lightning prevention mechanism" that differs from conventional lightning rods. Compliant with JIS A 4201/JIS Z 9290. *Case study collection available.

We are currently offering "manga" and "case materials" that introduce the benefits of the PDCE lightning ball! Please check them out from the <download> link. Conventional lightning rods attract lightning, which poses a risk of equipment failure due to lightning currents flowing through buildings. Our "PDCE lightning ball" is a lightning rod with a reverse-thinking mechanism designed to "avoid lightning strikes themselves." It gathers the same charge as lightning at the top of the lightning rod, preventing the generation of "welcoming discharges" that would attract lightning, thus avoiding strikes. 【Over 100 units used in the Tokyo Olympics - More than 4,000 units nationwide】 Used by major railways, highways, the Self-Defense Forces, chemical complexes, data centers, broadcasting stations, mobile base stations, renewable energy power plants, fire stations, disaster prevention facilities, outdoor sports facilities, golf courses, temples and shrines, schools, outdoor live venues, outdoor digital signage, condominiums, single-family homes, and more. 【Features of the PDCE lightning ball】 ■ Can be used as a "receiving part" under the Building Standards Act ■ Can be installed by replacing conventional pointed lightning rods with PDCE lightning balls ■ Domestic dedicated factory - Quick response to options based on needs ■ If damaged by a direct lightning strike, free replacement for up to 10 years from installation.

Earth (Deep Earth Exploration Vessel) / PDCE Lightning Rod Installation Example [Video]

Introducing a video of the installation of a lightning rod for lightning strike suppression on a deep Earth exploration vessel!

We have delivered lightning protection rods for lightning suppression to the deep-sea exploration vessel "Chikyu," owned by the Japan Agency for Marine-Earth Science and Technology. The PDCE lightning rod, installed on a 120m tall derrick, forms a barrier that completely covers the vessel (length 210m), preventing lightning strikes within its range. This ensures that "Chikyu" is always protected from lightning strikes, no matter where it conducts research on Earth. [Installation Example] ■ Deep-sea exploration vessel "Chikyu" ■ Delivered lightning protection rods ■ Installed on a 120m tall derrick *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Case Study 002: Verbalizing the "somewhat inconvenient" issues faced by Human Resources and General Affairs. A case of organizing challenges and proposals for a client in the medical equipment handling industry with approximately 200 employees.

  • NEW
  • OTHER

"Somehow inconvenient" can turn into "accident risk" if left unattended, rather than just being a "hassle." Especially since personnel information serves as the starting point for many operations such as payroll, social insurance, and various allowances, if the freshness and consistency of the information deteriorate, the interactions with stakeholders can increase dramatically. What we are introducing this time is the process of articulating and organizing the "vague discomfort" that a medical equipment handling company with around 200 employees was experiencing as an issue. When we articulate "somehow inconvenient"... 1) It is a hassle to communicate with the payroll BPO when there are changes to personnel information. 2) Changes submitted by employees are in Excel, requiring re-entry. 3) Employees do not submit information in the correct format. 4) The person in charge leaves before becoming fully familiar with the operations. Information from iBP In response to such situations, the first step we took was traffic organization (issue clarification). You can read the continuation without needing to input personal information. Please visit the iBusiness Partners column page! https://ibp-column.sfsite.me/35402

When the sensor detects the car, the rotating light will turn on.

Ideal for entrances and exits of parking lots and stores! Alert pedestrians of vehicle departures with the light from the rotating lamp! Here’s a proposal for a departure warning sensor! Free catalog available!

  • NEW
  • CATALOG

[To the owners of parking lots and parking lot construction companies] "I'm worried about not colliding with pedestrians when leaving the parking lot in my car..." Among vehicle entrances to parking lots, stores, residences, and factories, those particularly facing sidewalks or roadways are expected to pose risks of dangerous incidents such as collisions with pedestrians or between vehicles. To alleviate such concerns, Hotron proposes a [Departure Warning Sensor] that detects vehicle departures using various sensors and alerts the surroundings with LED lights and buzzers. The device consists of a simple configuration of "Sensor" + "Controller" + "Switching Power Supply (24V)" + "LED Rotating Light." *Please note that a separate control panel including the controller and switching power supply (24V) is required when using the departure warning system. *We kindly ask customers to arrange for the switching power supply (24V), LED rotating light, control panel, circuit breakers, etc. Since it can be retrofitted, it can also be used for existing parking lot entrances. We hope this will contribute to safer vehicle passage for everyone. ◎ For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
