Moreover, since it is collected and recycled, it is safe and convenient. ● By simply setting it in the final rinse tank of each plating process, it enables water circulation from the day of installation and contributes to the recycling of valuable metals in the separated sludge. ● The cylinder capacity can be selected from 25L, 50L, 100L, or 200L to match the scale of the operation. ● There is no need for complicated valve operations, making handling and maintenance extremely easy. ● Saturated cylinders are recycled at our "Resource Recovery Center" and can be reused repeatedly.

This is a recovery and regeneration system for a cylinder-type ion exchange tower that achieves water recovery and metal recovery in water washing processes. Saturated cylinder-type ion exchange towers are collected at our "Resource Center," and the regenerated cylinders are reused repeatedly by users. Components such as heavy metals adsorbed by the ion exchange resin are sorted and regenerated at the "Resource Center," and metals are sent to Yamamoto Refinery as valuable resources to be reused as metal raw materials. With the equipment enhancement in April 2010, the "Resource Center" has become even more functional, concentrating and purifying chromic acid leachate to the recovery standard for re-resourcing through a chromic acid recovery device. Additionally, copper and nickel, which were traditionally turned into sludge and re-resourced at Yamamoto Refinery, are now recovered as metal foil using a roll-type electrolysis device, achieving improved resource recovery efficiency and reduced waste volume.
