New generation embedded platform "Armadillo-600" equipped with i.MX 6ULL, featuring power-saving mode and improved environmental resistance, now available.

Atmark Techno has developed the single-board computer "Armadillo-600 series," which features the high-performance and energy-efficient SoC "i.MX 6ULL" (ARM Cortex-A7 core: 528MHz clock) and can be used directly for mass production.
The Armadillo-600 series, like the traditional Armadillo brand, comes with Linux pre-installed and boasts improved energy efficiency while maintaining high performance. It features a solid design that emphasizes ease of use during mass production, with a focus on enhanced environmental resistance.
Atmark Techno will release the first model of the Armadillo-600 series, the "Armadillo-640," in March 2018. The Armadillo-640 is shape-compatible with the embedded CPU board "Armadillo-440," which has a wealth of adoption records as a platform for field devices and terminals, and includes an LCD, USB, LAN, and microSD slot.
Prior to its release, the Armadillo-640 will be showcased at "ET & IoT Technology 2017," held in Yokohama from November 15 to 17, 2017.
