The gas digital mass flow meter (flow meter) and controller have achieved a flow range coverage from 0.01…0.2 ln/min to 100…5000 ln/min (Air) as a result of continuous performance improvement efforts, resulting in a standardized and extensive product lineup in line with M+W's strategy. The instrument operates with an IP65 protection rating and is powered by a mainboard equipped with all the functions necessary for accurate flow measurement and control. The instrument is available in commonly used digital or analog input/output formats. In addition to standard RS232, it also supports communication protocols such as Profibus-DP, DeviceNet, Flow-Bus, and ModBus-RTU as standard options. BRIGHT is a newly developed indication setting module for digital mass flow meters and controllers by Bronkhorst, designed for instant flow display and total flow display on-site. It features a TFT display that allows for the display of instant flow and total flow, as well as operations such as changing set values, resetting total values, and selecting fluids via push buttons. BRIGHT can be directly attached to the meter/controller or installed on nearby walls or piping.
