It can be used to minimize data volume and save communication costs by sending event notifications to the server during state changes like alarm occurrence and recovery, or to perform data processing on the server for more detailed monitoring. Additionally, by utilizing the MQTTS protocol (publisher/subscriber functionality), it is easy to integrate data with other IoT platforms from different manufacturers that have MQTT (broker functionality).
