Our company offers "IoT / Predictive Maintenance Solutions." We develop and sell sound visualization devices that realize "visualization of sound," instantly identifying the location of abnormal sounds, and provide consulting for building predictive maintenance systems that automatically determine abnormal trends from sensor data using the MT method. The "sound visualization device" enables real-time visualization of sudden sounds with high-speed processing of up to 25fps. Many customers have utilized it after purchase. The "IoT / Predictive Maintenance System Construction Consulting" monitors data such as vibrations and uses the MT method for automatic determination during abnormal trends. For higher-level visualization, remote monitoring, and ticket issuance during anomalies, we adopt Bosch PPM. A portable sound visualization device for outside, inside vehicles, and within factories.

The traditionally stationary and large equipment has been made compact. A small microphone array is equipped with a small camera, making it portable along with a laptop. The size is compact while maintaining the same functionality. With the handheld/portable visualization device, for example, field tests can be conducted outdoors to measure environmental noise. For instance, it can be brought into a car to test various electronic components, air conditioning, speakers, etc. Additionally, it can be taken into a factory to measure environmental noise from production equipment and for preventive maintenance of production equipment. Being portable allows for use in various situations.

We have designed and manufactured a compact microphone array to more accurately identify the location of sound generation. Despite its small size, it is equipped with a wide-angle camera, allowing for instant identification of sound occurrence locations. Furthermore, like conventional devices, it achieves high-speed processing at 25fps, enabling it to track sudden sounds, movement, and changing sounds. It demonstrates effectiveness for small motors, automotive parts, circuit boards, mobile phones, and other devices where identifying the location of sound generation has been challenging until now. What was previously invisible is now visible. For soundproofing and noise countermeasures, identifying the source of sound is a prerequisite and the most important factor. By visualizing sound, we will solve our customers' challenges.
