The new product "CX-M1700" is a card printing dedicated printer developed to address the challenges of additional tasks such as endorsements for special wards in each municipality. It supports printing on notification cards and individual number cards, as well as on residence cards, special permanent resident certificates, and the signature panel area of the basic resident register cards (hereinafter referred to as Juki cards).
■ Capable of printing on both notification cards (paper) and individual number cards (plastic)
It can print on media made of different materials, paper and plastic, without the need for special attachments. Additionally, it can print on the signature panel area of special permanent resident certificates, residence cards, and Juki cards.
* Printing is limited to the signature panel area. Notification cards and individual number cards are planned to be supported.
■ Achieves information leak prevention and simple operation with inkjet method
Unlike thermal transfer methods, it does not produce used ink ribbons, preventing the leakage of personal information. Furthermore, the elimination of the need to dispose of ink ribbons leads to a reduction in disposal costs.
■ Compact design that does not cause installation location issues
With a compact design measuring 134mm in width, 296mm in depth, and 250mm in height, it achieves space-saving efficiency.
