The solar battery charge and discharge controller "SolarAmp B" with double the capacity will be available for sale soon.

The "SolarAmp B" has been a highly regarded solar battery charge and discharge controller since its release in April 2013, thanks to its simple and compact design, not only in Japan but also in overseas markets. It has a wide range of applications, including measurement systems, camper vans, and solar home systems in off-grid areas.
The new lineup features the world's lightest product, maintaining a business card size, with a newly controllable current that is double the previous model, now at 20A. This allows for the use of solar panel modules up to the 300W class. As before, it is designed to enable customers to easily and confidently build independent systems without the need for adjustments or settings. It retains basic features such as various circuits to protect solar panels, lead-acid batteries, and the DC loads used, as well as an LED status indicator that allows for easy assessment of the system's condition.
Despite the doubled capacity, the cost has been kept to 1.5 times, and we hope it will contribute to promoting electricity use not only in Japan but also around the world, especially in regions with challenging power situations.
