Magnetic distortion absolute linear scale

Resolution of 0.5μm, response speed of 10kHz, absolute linear scale.

Temposonics offers excellent non-contact absolute displacement sensors using magnetostrictive technology, which serve as alternatives to traditional linear potentiometers, linear encoders, and rotary encoders. This absolute position sensor is an ideal solution for monitoring and controlling machines that perform hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical positioning. Additionally, the sensor head is equipped with a uniquely developed high-performance LSI, enabling not only position detection but also the detection of movement speed, thus providing a complete operational profile of the machine. With a single sensor, it is possible to compare a user-defined target value with the actual position and measure the position of up to 30 locations simultaneously. Many other features are also included. Due to these characteristics, it is adopted in various applications such as industrial equipment, robotics, welding, medical devices, and wind and wave power generation.

Disaster prevention linear displacement/positioning sensor

It is a linear displacement sensor that applies Temposonics' unique magnetostrictive technology.

High-resolution and non-contact measurement is achieved, allowing for durable and highly accurate linear displacement measurement even in harsh environments. It can simultaneously detect multiple positions (up to 30 locations) absolutely, and it is also capable of measuring movement speed. Since it is non-contact and absolute, it requires very little maintenance. This multi-position measurement function is available in the Temposonics R series models with CAN, Profibus, and EtherCAT interfaces. Additionally, it can measure up to 20 meters, making it widely adopted in various markets for detecting landslides, avalanches, rock displacement, monitoring strata and ground subsidence, and measuring structural deformation.

Towards an Era Where the Environmental Value of Products Becomes a Competitive Advantage - From CFP Calculation to Environmental Labeling, CBAM Compliance, and ISCC Certification.

  • NEW
  • SEMINAR_EVENT

Decarbonization is currently shifting its positioning from "cost management" to "enhancing competitiveness," and we are entering an era where mere regulatory compliance is no longer sufficient. With the strengthening of sustainability labeling regulations and the EU's Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), the environmental value of products has transcended corporate responsibility and become a crucial element in market competition. On the other hand, many companies are facing challenges such as: - The complexity of CFP calculation and environmental labeling requirements makes it difficult to know how to proceed. - How to balance regulatory compliance with enhancing competitiveness (differentiation). - Difficulty in prioritizing ISCC certification and CBAM compliance. In this seminar, we will invite Wastebox Co., Ltd., which has extensive consulting experience in the environmental field, to introduce ideas and specific examples on how to connect responses to decarbonization and the circular economy to business growth from both "offensive" and "defensive" perspectives. ■ Part 1: "Understanding the Environmental Value of Products from Offensive and Defensive Perspectives: How to Leverage Decarbonization and the Circular Economy for Differentiation and Regulatory Compliance" ■ Part 2: "Why Are We Entering an Era of Product Environmental Value Now? (Tentative Title)" ■ Part 3: "Introduction of Services Supporting the Reliability of Product Environmental Value"
