Are you relying on "human eyes" for counting parts in the manufacturing field? We will showcase two AI-equipped camera-based parts counters at JIMTOF 2026.
Counting errors and the effort to confirm quantities of parts are hidden costs in the manufacturing process. At JIMTOF 2026, we will showcase two models of Shoraku Industry's vision counters that count parts using camera image processing and AI. The two-direction mirror spectral image processing vision counter has a resolution of 65.5 microns. By capturing images from two directions, it accurately identifies overlapping small parts such as screws, bolts, and metal components. The CCD-type image processing parts counter VC-200 model, equipped with four feeders and AI self-learning, accommodates a variety of items including connectors, electronic parts, rubber, and plastic products.
*The exhibited machines are representative examples of standard specifications. Actual specifications will be customized individually.
