[New Release] Real wood in your space. Free thinking in design. Fire-resistant veneer cross "kiori".
In recent years, there has been a growing demand for "biophilic design" and "woodification" that incorporates natural elements in commercial facilities and hotels. However, due to strict interior decoration restrictions, the difficulty of curved construction with conventional non-combustible panel materials, and the increase in costs and labor, there have been cases where the adoption of real wood had to be abandoned. In response to these challenges, Woodone will launch the non-combustible veneer wallpaper "kiori," which combines flexibility like wallpaper with non-combustible performance.
■ The texture of real wood and excellent workability
Using carefully selected natural wood veneer (approximately 0.23mm), it reproduces the light fluctuations and textures that cannot be achieved with printed sheets. Wallpaper craftsmen can apply it directly to gypsum boards and other surfaces using a glue applicator, eliminating the need for extensive protective measures and significantly reducing construction time and costs.
■ Curved construction and reliable non-combustible performance
It can bend freely in the direction parallel to the wood grain, making it easy to install on R-walls and columns, which were previously difficult. By applying it to a non-combustible substrate, it complies with the "non-combustible materials" certification from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. The kiori (total thickness 0.27 to 0.36mm) and kiori (adhesive type) (total thickness 0.30 to 0.42mm) will be available, along with standard 44 colors and patterns, as well as custom colors and local materials. *Minimum order quantity available: 5 sheets or more.
