INtime is an event-driven real-time operating system that operates in parallel on the same PC as Windows. It transforms a PC into a control controller for industrial systems, integrating the traditional "PLC + data processing PC + external I/O" into a single unit. ■ It enables high-performance real-time systems on a single industrial PC. ■ It operates on PCs for both commercial and industrial applications. ■ INtime handles control and external I/O, while Windows is responsible for information processing such as HMI, databases, and AI. This division of roles allows for the integration of 'IT and OT' within the same enclosure. ■ Applications running on INtime are developed using Visual Studio, allowing for C/C++ implementation and debugging with the same feel as Windows applications. ■ PLC ladder language and Python can be utilized (optional). ■ Major industrial external I/O interfaces are available, including PCI/PCIe, serial, LAN, and fieldbus (CC-LINK, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, MECHATOROLINK), among others. ■ Comprehensive technical support is provided. INtime is software for EtherCAT master. No special expansion board is required. It uses the standard LAN port of the PC.

The booth exhibition of Sysmet Co., Ltd. at the 56th Iwasaki Total Solution Fair 2026, held on April 8 (Wednesday) and April 9 (Thursday), has successfully concluded. On the day of the event, members of the technical department involved in meteorological forecasting, equipment development, and fieldwork from our headquarters in Kitakyushu participated to support the booth, which included actual equipment. Many visitors came to the booth, where they asked questions to the meteorologists and inquired about new services such as environmental sensors for noise and vibration, resulting in a great response. On the 8th, we were honored to have the opportunity to give a presentation on "How to View Meteorological Data from a Forecaster's Perspective and an Introduction to AI Wind Forecasting" at the mini stage, led by our meteorologists.
