The main tower of the Tamkang Bridge will reach a height of 200 meters above the water surface. According to the plan, the main tower will be constructed in 53 floors, with each floor featuring a complex variation in shape. To achieve the construction of this complex-shaped structure, the Perry System (SCS+VARIO and ACS+VARIO) was utilized. This project is an all-Perry initiative, having been awarded with the support of the Perry Group's project and technical teams through Perry Japan as the point of contact.
In this issue, a reporter from the "Daily Timber Newspaper" conducted on-site interviews at the Tamkang Bridge construction site and with representatives from the construction company (KSECO), resulting in an article that touches on topics such as "wooden formwork" and other timber-related subjects.
