The AI camera and security system featured in the September 2025 issue of the Daily Factory News "Factory Management."

Highest level of waterproof and dustproof performance. High-quality two-way communication made possible by an IP phone manufacturer.

A wearable camera developed by an IP phone manufacturer. It has the highest level of waterproof and dustproof performance, allowing for high-quality video recording even in harsh environments like construction sites. It is possible to use facial recognition, share video and audio with multiple people, and initiate calls through a calling app for internal and external communication. By sharing video and audio, it enables training for inexperienced newcomers, identifying hazardous areas, repairs, and remote presence. It supports efficiency and safety improvements in construction sites where there is a shortage of labor and a demand for safety measures. From "just capturing" to "judging, informing, and acting"—that is the essence of Valtech's wearable camera.

Japan is one of the top 10 countries in the world with frequent earthquakes. The 2020 White Paper on Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has also reported an increase in the probability of major earthquakes occurring. Regarding the Nankai Trough earthquake, the probability of an earthquake with a magnitude of 8 to 9 occurring within the next 30 years is estimated to be 70 to 80%. At Hotron, we recommend the introduction of seismic devices for earthquake countermeasures in buildings and equipment. The seismic device 'HK-2' is a product that automatically performs various controls that have been pre-set when it detects strong shaking equivalent to a seismic intensity of 5 lower or higher. For example, it can automatically execute actions such as: "Open automatic doors and gates to secure evacuation routes and access for emergency vehicles" "Transmit signals to the control room and stop facility equipment" "Unlock the keys to locked lockers" "Automatically play voice guidance" For more details, please download the materials or contact us.

PERI products are used at construction sites around the world. This time, we would like to introduce the construction work of the "Dunajec Road Bridge" spanning the Dunajec River in the town of Nowy Targ in southern Poland. The road bridge was planned to be constructed using a balanced cantilever method, dividing the cantilever beams starting from each pier into 10 segments. A particular concern was to strictly adhere to the concrete pouring cycle for each segment. To achieve this, a balanced cantilever carriage (VBC) equipped with a hydraulic advance system and an automatic formwork stripping function was adopted. By utilizing the VBC, it became possible to pour concrete for segments up to a maximum length of 5 meters in a single cycle, allowing for efficient and timely construction. PERI products: 1.
