Underwater time-lapse camera with copper implemented around the lens surface.

The "MW-UWC-01" is an underwater time-lapse camera capable of long-term fixed-point shooting with a water pressure resistance equivalent to a depth of 50 meters. This time-lapse camera is designed for use in harsh underwater environments, featuring built-in batteries and memory, allowing for standalone operation. It can continuously shoot for up to 13 months (with a shooting interval of 10 minutes), and the shooting interval can be set from 1 to 99 minutes according to the scene being used. The "HM-S6" is an embedded park sensor that detects vehicles through changes in magnetic flux and responds to various situations from passing to stationary vehicles. It can be used for the opening and closing of input doors at waste treatment plants, as well as for gates that vehicles pass through and outdoor parking applications. We will be exhibiting at the 2025 Autumn Conference of the Japan Society of Fisheries Science, a public interest incorporated association. We will showcase examples such as fishery environment monitoring, distribution surveys of sea urchins, which are one of the causes of coastal degradation, and the underwater time-lapse cameras that are active in monitoring damage in aquaculture sites. We conducted a "moisture and heat resistance test for adhesives" to investigate the changes in adhesive strength due to the effects of moisture and heat. The test specimens were placed in a constant temperature and humidity testing machine, and after 500 hours, they were removed to measure the tensile shear adhesive strength. It is presumed that the adhesive strength decreased due to the swelling of the adhesive in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment. We can conduct various environmental tests and strength tests on a variety of materials, not limited to adhesives. Additionally, we also provide chemical analysis to elucidate degradation mechanisms.
