We would like to introduce a case study on the implementation of architectural BIM "Archicad" at Mine Design Co., Ltd. In a collaborative project with the Architecture Bureau, we received the challenge of quickly creating a 3D model from survey data to effectively communicate the completion image of road improvements to stakeholders, including residents. During the production process, we used BIMx as a viewer for confirming the 3D model, allowing the responsible parties to walk through the 3D space for verification and adjustments. This project involved the renovation of an existing building and the expansion of a new school building at a prefectural special needs school, with a total of nine companies participating in this complex site.
