I was involved in the production of the "touchable" model of Kencho-ji Temple in Kamakura City.

キャステム キャステム
The "touchable" model of Kenchoji Temple was conceived by the Universal Picture Book Library UniLeaf (representative: Toshie Ooshita, located in Hayama, Kanagawa Prefecture) with the concept of allowing visually impaired individuals to feel historical buildings with their hands, enabling everyone to share the excitement of travel together. Subsequently, it received significant support through grants from the "Support Fund" and crowdfunding, leading to its production. To realize the concept of feeling historical buildings through touch, a 1/50 scale miniature of the Kenchoji Temple Buddha Hall was meticulously recreated in bronze, paying close attention to detail. Our company was responsible for the production of the castings, which consist of approximately 30 parts. This unique technology, known as 'Digital Cast,' allows for the production of one-of-a-kind items without the need for mold fabrication. The model has been permanently installed in front of the Kenchoji Buddha Hall since the day after the ceremony, allowing visitors to touch it freely. If you visit Kenchoji Temple in Kamakura, please take a look. Robot Arm [Digital Cast for Casting Utilizing 3D Printing]

Utilizing lost-wax technology that handles various materials. Leave the prototypes aimed at weight reduction to us!

By reducing weight, we can achieve precision in robot control. In response to customer requests to prototype with topology shapes, we proposed a case of digital casting without molds, which can accommodate orders starting from just one piece. Industry: Industrial Robots Material: AC4C 【What is Digital Casting?】 When considering cost and delivery time, traditional casting methods that require mold production for mass production are not viable options. Therefore, we propose mold-less digital casting with the catchphrase "Just make it from one piece if needed!" With no molds required, zero mold costs, a delivery record of as little as one week, and the ability to custom-make cast products starting from just one piece, we can accommodate complex shapes and hollow products that cannot be manufactured with molds, as the original form is 3D printed. This method is adopted in numerous industries, including aerospace, shipping, automotive, precision machinery, industrial equipment, medical, and construction, and we cater to metal parts manufacturing requests from both corporations and individual customers.

Turbine impeller parts [3D printer utilized for digital casting]

Impeller and turbine parts are also available for short delivery times.

Achieve short delivery times with the "Digital Cast" method, which uses models created by a 3D printer for casting! For large parts with a diameter of φ380, traditional mold production required 1 to 2 months, but with the Digital Cast method, cast products can be produced without molds starting from just one piece, resulting in significant improvements in delivery times. Additionally, we can accommodate special materials such as heat-resistant steel and duralumin. *The product in the photo is SCS13. 【What is Digital Cast?】 When considering costs and delivery times, traditional casting methods that require mold production are not a viable option for mass production. Therefore, we propose mold-free casting with Digital Cast, using the catchphrase "Just make it if you need it, starting from one piece!" With no need for molds and a mold cost of 0 yen, we have a proven delivery record of as short as one week, and we can custom-make cast products starting from just one piece. Since the original shape is a 3D printed item, we can accommodate complex shapes and hollow products that cannot be manufactured with molds. This method is adopted in numerous industries, including aerospace, shipping, automotive, precision machinery, industrial equipment, medical, and construction, and we cater to requests for metal parts from both corporate and individual customers.

Digital cast

You can create it from just one piece, with a minimum of one piece and a shortest time of one week for mold-less casting.

When you need prototype parts while repeatedly making design changes during development, when there is no stock of parts and you need a quick fix, or when you suddenly want original jigs for on-site work... Isn't there a limited and fixed mindset regarding the ordering sources and manufacturing methods when the required quantity is small? Considering cost and delivery time, options like mold production for repeat mass production or casting methods for metal products are not viable, right? Therefore, if needed, we propose mold-less casting digital cast with the catchphrase "Just make it from one piece." With zero mold costs and a delivery record of as short as one week, you can order custom-made cast products starting from just one piece. Since the original form is a 3D printed item, we can accommodate complex shapes and hollow products that cannot be manufactured with molds. This method is adopted in numerous industries, including aerospace, shipping, automotive, precision machinery, industrial equipment, medical, and construction, and we cater to metal parts manufacturing requests from both corporate and individual customers.

【Partition】Helpful Materials: What are Non-combustible Materials in the Building Standards Act|Types of Fireproof Materials

  • NEW
  • CATALOG

iPick Co., Ltd., a partition manufacturer, will explain the definition of non-combustible materials under the Building Standards Act and their importance in office interiors. Fire-resistant materials are classified into three categories: non-combustible, quasi-non-combustible, and flame-retardant, based on safety during a fire. At iPick, we handle aluminum partitions that have received non-combustible certification, demonstrating high fire resistance, which is required by "interior restrictions" depending on the size and use of the building. Selecting appropriate materials is crucial not only for protecting the lives of employees but also from the perspective of asset protection and business continuity planning (BCP). We propose the creation of safe spaces that balance compliance with regulations and design. ******************* For the design and construction of interior partitions from offices to toilet booths, leave it to iPick, the partition specialist manufacturer!
