Against this backdrop, our company has developed an "RFID Work Performance Collection System" that allows performance data to be transmitted simply by placing an RFID tag on an autonomous RFID reader. Since there is no need to record each start and completion of work, workers can naturally and accurately log their working hours without being consciously aware of it. This ease of collecting performance data allows for more time to be allocated to data analysis, enabling effective use of the information for reviewing personnel allocation and understanding and improving the status of each process as part of profit improvement data.
