Completion: Green infrastructure facilities have been developed at Oshima Komatsugawa Park.

As the designated manager, our company has developed five green infrastructure facilities, "bioswales" and "rain gardens," within Ohjima Komatsugawa Park (Koto City, Tokyo) as part of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's initiative for "green infrastructure projects that contribute to rainwater runoff control." These facilities collect and store rainwater, allowing it to slowly permeate into the ground, which not only reduces the volume of water flowing into sewers and rivers, preventing floods and inundation, but also creates cool spots that alleviate surrounding heat and contribute to the expansion of habitats for living organisms. Our company is responsible for the design and construction, and we plan to conduct monitoring surveys of the facilities in the future.
