【Factory/Warehouse】Correcting the tilt of concrete floors and voids beneath the floor caused by ground subsidence in as little as one day without stopping operations! Patented unique method!

Issues caused by floor tilting, level differences, and sagging due to earthquakes or ground subsidence, as well as voids under the floor, can be resolved using a patented unique method called the "Upcon Method," which utilizes polyurethane resin and can correct these problems in as little as one day. 【What is the Upcon Method?】 Polyurethane resin is injected into existing concrete floors that have subsided, and through the pressure of rapid foaming, the ground is compacted and strengthened while pushing up and correcting the concrete floor. Since the correction is done without demolishing the existing concrete floor, it significantly reduces the construction period. The polyurethane can lift the floor with a foaming pressure of up to 10t/m², eliminating the need to move heavy equipment or products.
