In overseas factories (Mexico), evaluations are being conducted to assess it as an alternative to thinners in the parts cleaning process. Its performance in removing grease has been confirmed even under conditions of approximately 50°C and with the use of ultrasonic cleaning machines, and discussions are ongoing regarding its safety and workability as an alternative. Additionally, in Japan, there are cleaning records for aluminum and copper parts in automotive-related factories, confirming grease removal and wastewater treatment compliance without corrosion. It achieves a cleaning level equivalent to that of thinners while also contributing to reduced environmental impact. With domestic raw materials and production, supply stability is also ensured. It contributes to the review of cleaning processes and risk reduction.
