How about a double pipe system for addressing the revised water pollution control law?

This is a new double pipe system utilizing transparent PVC piping. Our NP-type double pipe system integrates the actual pipe and the protective pipe by combining newly developed fittings, eliminating gaps and preventing any leakage from the actual pipe from flowing out to the outside of the protective pipe, even in the event of a leak. By using transparent PVC pipes (Nihon Pipe Skeleton) for the protective pipe, it allows for visual detection of any leaks.
Additionally, a law amending part of the Water Pollution Prevention Act will be enforced from June 1, 2012. According to the "Manual on Structures and Inspection/Management for the Prevention of Groundwater Pollution (First Edition)" created by the Ministry of the Environment, Water and Air Environment Bureau, Soil Environment Division, Groundwater and Ground Environment Office, it states, "Materials and structures that can prevent the leakage of water containing harmful substances, or structures that can confirm leakage in the event of a leak." P4.1.2(1) Furthermore, it mentions, "For existing specific facilities using harmful substances, the application of structural standards will be deferred for three years (until May 31, 2015)." P4.1.2. The NP-type double pipe system is a piping material that can meet the needs of customers in response to this amended Water Pollution Prevention Act.
