Many people struggle with communication, feeling stressed because they can't express themselves well in various situations at work, lowering their own evaluations, or damaging their relationships with others.
In such situations, assertive communication is helpful. It is a communication method that allows you to face your feelings and desires sincerely and convey them to others frankly and equally, while respecting the other person without suppressing yourself.
By mastering assertive communication, you can achieve good communication and constructive discussions with others, which helps in building smooth human relationships and strengthening organizational power.
In this course, we will introduce the mindset underlying assertive communication and practical tips that can be utilized in daily work.
